Outlined below are the three basic steps on the way to receiving your customized

Stage [1]
- Review our custom Flash Drive selection
We have a wide range of various styles and models of USB drives made
to cater to your particular requirements - whether it is a classy execute pen
laser pointer gift for your boss or colorful swivel drives for your students.
And every style is ready to be customized with your logo.
Imprinting
Every product displayed on our web site can be imprinted with your logo. Most
models allow for two side customization. We provide a digital proof of the
final product for you the same day we receive your artwork. We use superior
pad printing technology and are able to print even the most complex of logos
using the four color printing process.
Data services
We
can preload any information you require onto your custom flash drives - be
it an executable application, a PowerPoint presentation, product
specifications, documents, marketing materials or a video. We also provide
services that to protect your preload from being erasable or make it run
automatically every the the flash drive is inserted into a computer.
Packaging
Different packaging options are available: stylish gift boxes with
your choice of a lanyard or a keyring, retail packaging (hard plastic) and
default bulk packaging.
Accessories
Neck lanyards and keyrings are also available separately for a number of our
flash drive styles.
Stage [2]
- Email your quote/mock-up request
When you have a general idea of what you are interested in, please email us
that information along all other required specifications (such as size,
quantity and style) so that we may provide an accurate quote for you. Our
response times are best in business and a detailed quote will be on the way
to you in under an hour from the time we receive your request.
One of the benefits of our ordering process, and what that sets us apart
from the competition is the level of control our clients have over
production. What it means for you is - you can work with us on adjusting the
key attributes of your logo and pick different styles of the drive until
you are perfectly satisfied with the final result. 5 days later your
customized drives will be ready regardless of quantity of your order.
To receive your free sample logo image on a drive please e-mail us your logo
in a vector format (AI, CDR (Corel Draw), EPS, PDF, CAD). If your artwork is
encapsulated in a raster file (JPEG, GIF, PNG , BMP, PSD) please make sure
to provide the largest file possible - we will resize it ourselves.
Stage [3] - Finalize your order and provide payment information
When you decide that the logo proof is satisfactory, you are moments away from finalizing your order. We only
need to following to start production:
Payment
Method - please email or fax
(954-337-0206) your
formal PO or Letter of Intent. You can also pay with a credit
card. If your Shipping Address and Billing Address are different, we
kindly ask you to add the Shipping Address to the credit card
record used for the purchase.
Your formal "go-ahead" - the approval of the
logo mockup we sent to you. Please attach the mockup to the email and say
"Artwork approved" in the email.
Please specify the deadline for the order and include your shipping and billing
addresses in the formal approval email.
How
long will it take?
To be able to exercise tight control
over
our production schedule, we manufacture our drives in USA. This allows us to
provide a quick 5-day turnaround time for most of our drive models. Rush service
is
available upon request for certain drive styles. Please keep in mind that
large order quantities and customization complexity may affect the
turnaround time for your order. Please consult your sales representative if
you have a firm deadline and would like to expedite your delivery.
Minimum Order Quantity
We do not have a fixed minimum order quantity for most of our products,
however, for quantities below 25 units, we encourage you to contact your
sales representative to ensure that specific model
is available in the desired configuration.
Need
to make a change?
Should you need to make a change to your order after the sample was approved
and the order was placed, we will try to accommodate your request if
possible, however, we may not be able to introduce any alterations past a
certain production stage. Please note that such modifications to the order
may cause additional production delays.
Warranty and Returns
No changes can be made to the graphics once the drives have been imprinted.
Customized flash drives are non-returnable and cannot be refunded. All
of our drives are covered by the manufacturer's limited Lifetime Warranty.
Delivering on promises is the only way to maintain sound business
