I ordered some SDRAM upgrade from them. They sent me a couple of emails to let me know the status of my order and check to be sure that it would work with my computer. I wasnt 100% sure after checking there lising on their web page so I sent them an email. It turned out the SDRAM would not work so they placed the order on hold for me and let me let them know what I would like to do.
