Return Policy

We stand behind our products. However, your satisfaction is our goal and we do realize that sometimes you may want to return an order. All merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. There is No restocking fees. You will receive a refund including purchase amount and any applicable taxes. The credit will be applied to your credit card and will appear on your statement within the next  billing cycle. Just follow these easy return instructions that are included in every package:

• Re-pack the item in the original packaging
• Remove all previous shipping labels from the package
• Include your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) which is your order number
• Write the reason for the return and RMA number on the invoice/package

• Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse

If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped within 24 hours and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.
