We stand behind our products. However, your satisfaction is our goal and we do realize that sometimes you may want to return an order. All merchandise can be returned for any reason within 30 days of receipt. There is No restocking fees. You will receive a full refund including purchase amount and any applicable taxes. The credit will be applied to your credit card and will appear on your statement within the next billing cycle. Just follow these easy return instructions that are included in every package:
- Re-pack the item in the original packaging
- Remove all previous shipping labels from the package
- Include your Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA#) which is your order number
- Write the reason for the return and RMA number on the invoice/package

Please allow approximately 5-7 business days for your return to be processed once it has arrived at the warehouse
If you request a replacement, we will ship your replacement after we receive and process your returned product. If you need a replacement right away, we suggest you request a credit (rather than a replacement), when you obtain your RMA number. Then place a new order. The new order will be shipped within 24 hours and your credit will be applied approximately 10-15 days after we receive the product you are returning.
Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order.
Allmemoryupgrades.com is currently unable to process any credit cards that are issued or billed outside of the United States and Canada.
We only ship to US and Canada if paying by credit card. If paying via wire transfer or money order, we will ship anywhere legally allowed.

Allmemoryupgrades.com products carry a lifetime warranty to be free of defects in material and workmanship. We will exchange any of our products for as long as you own it, it is a very simple process and you are guaranteed to have a new product within 7 days after we receive your return.
SHIPPING RATES AND INFORMATION
For each order placed, Allmemoryupgrades.com charges a flat per order rate.
Standard Shipping Rates for any quantity of items are:
USPS - $4.95
UPS/FedEx Ground - $7.95
We gladly ship to the men and women serving in the armed forces with an APO or FPO address. When obtaining a quote or purchasing through our web site, simply select "USPS " as your shipping method.
